Any unworn item(s) with original tags still attached, in the original packaging, and purchased within 30 days can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are in the same condition that you received them in. Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost on return shipments only for exchange returns.
- In the event that an item to be exchanged at the time of the return is not available once the returned item is received in the warehouse and processed, you will be able to select another item or opt for an in-store credit to be used at a later date.
- Production Companies will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
We are not able to return or exchange any of the following items:
- All PPE items (face masks & face shields)
- All private custom logo items
- Custom made uniforms
- Accessories
- Gifts with Purchase
- E-Gift Cards
- Original Shipping Fees
