Returns by mail – how long will it take to receive my refund? 

Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, you will receive a notification that your item(s) have been received. Please allow 10 business days following the notification for us to process your refund. You will receive a copy of the refund once it has been completed on the credit card that you originally used on your order. 

Exchanges by mail – how long before I received my INSTANT exchange item(s)?

Once your instant exchange request has been completed, your new order will be processed right away and will ship within 48 hours Monday to Friday. The shipping timeframe is typically 4-9 business days.

Exchanges by mail – how long before I receive my regular exchanged item(s)?

Once we receive your item(s) at our warehouse, please allow for 10 business days for us to process your exchange request and another 4-9 business days for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.

·If we are out of stock on your exchange item(s) we will send you an update via email along with store credit.
